After finishing all the moments, players will unlock Mike Mussina, making it easier to complete missions for both Yankees pitchers and Last Ride Series pitchers simultaneously. Conquest mode is a convenient option for knocking out these missions.
For Red Sox missions, Ortiz is the only Last Ride Series hitter available, meaning double-dipping isn’t feasible. However, players can front-load their lineup with Red Sox hitters and add Last Ride Series cards further down.
To find strong Last Ride hitters, completing a single Team Affinity moment with the Texas Rangers unlocks Adrian Beltre—a consistently reliable bat, especially against CPU opponents. Similarly, Marlins hitter Luis Gonzalez is a solid choice, accessible after completing just one TA moment.
